OUR MISSION

The Stephanie Crispinelli Humanitarian Fund is forever committed to helping children in need. Our hearts are set on continuing Stephanie’s mission of making a difference in the world, one child at a time. One of our larger goals is to build a new elementary school each year in poverty-stricken towns in Jamaica which would provide an education to children they otherwise would not be afforded. We also build new houses for Jamaican families who are living in unbearable conditions.

In the United States, our foundation provides scholarships for students who wish to participate in humanitarian missions similar to the trips Stephanie had taken. We aim to provide comfort to displaced children throughout Westchester County through assembling thousands of "care kits." We also spend time in our local elementary schools to promote the humanitarian spirit amongst young children. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have provided hundreds of free meals to families in need. Lastly, we are sponsoring children in Westchester county to attend Summer camp

After the Earthquake, many friends, families, and others indicated a strong desire to help. In Stephanie’s memory, Lin and Lenny Crispinelli, along with Stephanie’s brothers, Michael and Nicholas, have established The Stephanie Crispinelli Humanitarian Fund, a non-profit organization which is dedicated to continuing Stephanie’s Mission. So far, nine elementary schools have been built in Jamaica, all titled “Steph’s Place.” Not only do we provide the funds to build the schools in Jamaica, we as a family, travel to Jamaica every year to participate in the construction of each school, bringing along a team of volunteers that also wish to help.
